Getting started

Which scheduler do you support?
Calendly, SimplyBook.me, Acuity Scheduling, Cal.com, and Google Appointments. If you use something else, drop us a note โ€” we may still cover it.
How do I pick the right plan?
It depends on the number of services, payment requirements, and team size. If you're unsure, the $9.99 Starter Consult is a 30-minute scoping call where we map your needs to the right tier.
How long does setup take?
Basic Setup typically lands in 2 days, Pro/Business in 3โ€“4, Enterprise in 5โ€“6. Bigger custom builds may take a little longer โ€” we'll always tell you upfront.

Pricing & billing

Is this a subscription?
No. Every plan is a one-time fee. The only thing you pay ongoing is whatever your underlying scheduler (Calendly, SimplyBook, etc.) charges directly.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa and Mastercard, processed through Authorize.Net over secure 256-bit SSL. Card details are tokenised at checkout โ€” we never store your full card number.
Do you charge tax?
Currently no โ€” pricing shown is the total you pay.
Can I get an invoice for my company?
Yes. Once you check out, your dashboard will let you download a billing statement with your company name and address.

Refunds & guarantees

What is your refund policy?
Every plan ships with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unhappy with the deliverable for any reason, request a refund through your dashboard or via support.
How fast are refunds processed?
We review within 3โ€“5 business days, and once approved, the refund typically lands in your account in 5โ€“7 business days. Refunds always go back to the original payment method.
What happens to my booking page after a refund?
Access to the order page, the delivered admin guide PDF, and any related downloads is revoked once a refund is processed.

After delivery

Do you provide ongoing support?
Each plan includes a post-launch support window (7โ€“30 days depending on tier). We handle small tweaks, edge cases, and configuration questions during that period.
Can I make changes myself afterwards?
Absolutely. The admin guide PDF and Loom walkthrough are designed exactly for that โ€” to make your team self-sufficient.
What if I need a bigger feature later?
You can purchase an additional service or upgrade to a higher tier. Existing setup carries over โ€” we don't rebuild from scratch.

Privacy & data

Do you store my customers' data?
No. We configure your scheduler โ€” your customers' booking data lives inside your scheduler account, not ours.
How do you handle the credentials I share?
Sensitive credentials are shared via a secure password vault link, and removed from our systems immediately after the build is complete.
